Transportation and roadway engineer from Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia, with a specialization as a transportation specialist from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, with 36 years of general experience, 21 of which as a specialist in road infrastructure projects, such as urban mass transit trunk lines and countless traffic studies in the country and abroad.
