He has extensive experience in the transportation infrastructure sector. He has more than 20 years of experience in structuring and executing civil infrastructure projects. He has been Secretary of Infrastructure and Mobility in Cali and Palmira, Infrastructure Manager at Fontur and advisor to the Ministry of Transportation between 2013 and 2015, where he coordinated projects of national and strategic interest - Pines.
