On May 20, 2005, the National Government issued Decree 1599 adopting the Internal Control Standard Model for the Colombian State, MECI1000:2005, which introduced management elements that were adopted by the legal representatives of State entities.

Article 9 of Law 1474 of 2011, the Anti-Corruption Statute, requires the Internal Control Office to publish a detailed report on the entity's website every four months on the status of the Company's Internal Control System.
