This affiliate business aims to generate income through the rental of commercial locales available at stations, and the rental of fiber optic network in Lines A and B.

The commercial locales may be immovables at station squares or gathering points or, in some cases, spaces bordering the stations. The kiosks have connection to the power lines, the water supply, and the sewers. Nearly any type of product may be commercialized in the kiosks except for alcoholic beverages and illegal substances.
