Professional experience in the management of planning and land management processes, design of measurements, information systems and formulation of methodologies, indicators and indexes focused on the analysis, monitoring and evaluation of public policies in strategic processes and decision making.
She is the Director of the Administrative Department of Planning of the Government of Antioquia, leading, among other fundamental missions of the planning of the Antioquian territory, the process of conceptualization, formulation, implementation and monitoring of the Development Plan UNIDOS por la VIDA 2020-2023.
She has served as Deputy Director of Information and Strategic Evaluation, Technical Director and Coordinator of the Public Policy Observatory of the Administrative Department of Planning of the Mayor's Office of Medellin and Deputy Director of Strategic Planning of the same municipal entity.
She worked in Integral Management of construction taxes in Medellin and in the management of instruments for the Secretary of Finance of the Municipality of Medellin; she also participated in the formulation of master plans, architectural and urban designs for private projects.
She has experience as occasional lecturer at universities such as: Universidad Nacional de Colombia Medellin, Universidad EAFIT, Instituto Tecnológico Metropolitano -ITM, and Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana -UPB.
Architect, specialist in Urban Management and Urban Strategic Planning, with academic emphasis in management of urban processes, land management and urban strategic planning.
