Driver’s training program from Metro de Medellín

The programs for METRO drivers have a high social impact. Thanks to them, train drivers (who are college students) receive an income that allow them to pay for their higher education, and bus drivers have the possibility to improve their work conditions and access professional training that assures them a better future.

These two programs have contract relationships different from outsourcing, since all the employee benefits are acknowledged.
