METRO Culture

The METRO Culture is understood as the result of the social, educational and cultural management model that METRO has built, consolidated and delivered to the city. This model can be adopted, in full or in part, by other cities and institutions, whose goal is a new civic culture, as well as social harmony, good behavior, solidarity, respect for the basic rules for the use of public property, self-respect and respect for the other, among other aspects.

Since 1994, the purpose of the Company was to generate a new culture among the people of Valle de Aburrá, while consolidating relationships of trust with stations’ and Metro lines’ neighbors, in order to generate a sense of belonging and an attitude of caring and preservation of the transportation system.
